राष्ट्रीय होम्योपैथी संस्थान

The Department conducts Theoretical, practical and tutorial classes on Forensic medicine & Toxicology for 2nd BHMS students as per guidelines of the NCH. For updating the knowledge of the students internal assessment, theoretical, practical and oral examinations are conducted by the faculty of the department.  The students of 2nd BHMS are taken to nearby Medical College & Hospital Morgue for live demonstration of medico legal autopsies.

The department is also involved in patient care activities  and training of interns as well as PGTs in the hospital OPD and IPD.

The departmental faculty contributes to literary works, presented paper in webinar and also participated in different awareness programmes of the Ministry of Ayush.

The departmental Museum is equipped with 30 wax models, 04 sets of dried non-articulated human bone specimens of both sexes, 25 wet specimens (different types of snakes), 136 various types of weapons, 110 poisonous specimens, 14 charts,  25 different instruments and appliances along with 150 photographs, 02 CDs  and a good number of radiological plates (exposed X-ray films) for the purpose of medico-legal demonstration to the students.
